Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support in building a culture of meritocracy
  • Implement the organization's approach to talent management and succession planning and liaising with the key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation
  • Act as the performance improvement driver to provoke positive changes in the people productivity enhancement.
  • Manage key Processes and people to drive key talent retention & development efforts along with L&D initiatives.
  • Provide advice & support to line managers and function heads on appropriate team structure & design
  • Implement new HRMS along with the employee data alignment
  • Conceptualized and implemented workforce Analytics: Generating candidate/hiring related insights, measuring effectiveness of recruitment processes
  • Creating and deploying analysis on Attrition, Promotion, Succession, Engagement levels and learning needs to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the functions supported
  • Driving employee engagement, employee welfare, employee communication and related activities
    Ensuring adoption and implementation of new work ways and initiatives
  • Leading & driving performance management process with a focus on consistent implementation of capability building
  • Design and implement impactful HR Processes to deliver results for the company and manage issues relating to non-performance, discipline, behaviour etc
  • Responsible for all aspects of the HR function as a Lead. Responsibility included talent management and acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee reward and retention strategies including employee grievance resolution, etc and performance management, career progression, general administration and statutory compliance.
  • Entrusted with directing and guiding the Leadership on the organizational and people-related strategy, alongside with insightful data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions on people employee engagement needs; design and implement interventions to cater to identified needs to achieve the company's business objectives and values.
  • Understand the pulse of the organization through general discussions, feedback, and/or focus group discussions etc.
